HeartBeats and HorsePower
BMW, Jaguar, and Land Rover hosts annual charity event “Heartbeats and HorsePower” at Autobahn Country Club to raise money for the American Heart Association organization through car track racing, touring vehicles, karting, and various activities in the event.
Badges
I recreated, updated, and printed (through my vendor) over 200 badges for the participates of the HeartBeats and HorsePower event. Each badge being unique as sponsor, driver, guest, staff along with information and time schedules. This process required attention to detail, accuracy, and organization. But most importantly I had to have excellent time management and strategy to complete the badges on time; the final list was turned in three weeks before the event (additionally there were last minute sponsors and guest that joined) and I had to keep in mind of the production turn-around and shipping time.
Backdrop
In addition to my project I had to design a backdrop, that is high quality, reusable and a good size. I provide my client with an 8 by 8 ft polyester backdrop that came with a frame and with a material that limited wrinkles upon set up. I ensured that that all the logos were high resolution and harmonious with each other.
